Wednesday, February 24th: Decentralized Sessions. Horari: de 9.00 - 18.00 h

These decentralised sessions want to highlight the participation of local governments in international networks as instruments for innovating, designing and exchanging projects and policies

Shuttle buses will be available to take the participants from Barcelona to the municipalities where the descentralised sessions will take place. Practical information will be published later on.
